Return Policy

How long you can return an item depends on the reason for return. If you want to return or exchange an item because you do not like it, you have 30 days.

Voluntary return guarantee

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, you can return almost all products within 30 days of receipt. Please note that every item must be returned in the same condition as you received it. This means that new items must be unused, undamaged and complete. Used items must not have any new signs of wear or damage.

Returning Ordered Items

Please proceed as follows for your return:

1. Make a copy of the invoice or a short overview of the order (order number, address, items, reason for return). This allows a quick assignment of the return in our logistics center. This they simply attach to the return.
2. Then send the goods back to us. The return address is:

3. Please make a note of your tracking number so that you can accurately track the arrival of your package.

Please allow 1-7 working days for the processing of returns. In technical cases or if we need to consult with the supplier, this may take longer.

Please note that we cannot accept freight collect shipments.

If you feel that the return is our fault, we will provide you with a return form. Please note that the return will be checked by our returns department. If the reason for the return is not our fault (e.g. "ordered by mistake" or "I don't like it"), the return label will be charged with 4,99€.
